Heidi Hazel is the Authorized Principal Broker and office leader for the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate office in Lake Oswego, Oregon. She oversees agent development, training, and growth in one of the region’s most established residential real estate offices. Prior to relocating to Lake Oswego, she led the Salem, Stayton, and Silverton offices for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Professionals.
A Pacific Northwest native, Heidi has served buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals across the Willamette Valley since 2013. Her work centers on elevating agent performance, supporting clients through residential real estate transactions, and contributing to industry standards through education and leadership. As of April 2026, she serves on the Oregon Real Estate Association (OREA) Board of Directors. She has also held multiple leadership and committee roles with Oregon REALTORS® and the Mid Valley Association of REALTORS®, with a focus on professional development, ethics, and education.
Heidi is a licensed instructor for Oregon real estate Law and Rule Required Course, as well as the Code of Ethics, and is known for her practical, hands-on approach to training agents. Her leadership has been recognized with several industry honors, including Mid Valley Association of REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year.
Outside of real estate, Heidi is married to Shawn Hazel, a Lutheran pastor at Pilgrim Lutheran Church and School in Beaverton and a Navy Reserve Chaplain. She is also active in her community, including serving as a board member for Pilgrim Lutheran School.
